Secondly: Shirt Evolution is a shirt site that tries to combine good artistry with comedy, creative, or any other cool adjective you can think of.

In a nutshell, there are two ways to get your art on a tshirt: We hire you for a specific design we have that suits your particular art style for a set fee, or you can submit an already made design for a timed release and make 2 bucks for every shirt sold.
You should have a working understanding of Photoshop (which I'm sure you all do) and have a good sense of humor.
