I am an experienced commissioner, willing to pay a decent wage for good work. I have purchased well over 100+ commissions before using Deviantart as well as other sites, and have never had any artist complain about communication, payment, or any other issues when working with me.
Requirements
1. Artist /must/ be able to communicate clearly in English. It /must/ be your native language, or you must be able to type and understand it clearly. I apologise for having to make this requirement, but I have had far too many foreign artists who cannot understand what I want.
2. Artist /must/ be able to complete the artwork within a max 3-week period.
3. Artist /must/ be able to accept paypal.
4. Artist /should/ be able to show an example of a drawing with a background, a fantasy drawing with a female character, and also a drawing including an animal.
