Requirements:
-Must be knowledgeable about teen fashion
-You must be able to draw in the same style as our existing game items, see the example link below. The style resembles a digital painting style. We need all the game assets in the same style and cannot have items in different styles so it is important that you be able to draw in this style.
-You will draw in photoshop. Most patterns would be in raster, everything else should be convertible to vector format.
-You must have good availability and be able to work on the project on a regular basis 20-40+ hours/week (the more the better), we are trying to build up a database of game assets that will consist of well over a thousand items.
-We would prefer to do the transaction over a freelance service such as odesk
