Digital illustration for two SF novels up to $500 paid

Hello artists,

I am looking for a serious and experienced digital illustrator to create custom art for two science fiction novels. Both are character driven, so if you have some examples of portrait work that would be helpful. Detailed character sketch will be provided upon request. Will pay up to $500 each via PayPal, depending on your experience and portfolio. Small deposit paid up front for sketches, half of remaining when 50% complete and the other half at final delivery. Need both covers completed by August 15, 2012 and must deliver the PS file with layers.
