Description: I am employed with a teen website which needs a background artist to produce one detailed background sketch for our front page. The background will feature an aerial view of forestry and a small secluded town. This is commercial work which will be used on the website, but will never be re-sold or directly profited from financially. The artist/designer will have to sign both a Non Disclosure Agreement and a Work-for-Hire contract. We only need basic pen and pencil sketches done for this. Reference images will be provided to the designer chosen. They will be expected to use creative liberty in covering the details which are left uncovered. Our Illustrator will color the images themselves since we need a specific coloring style used on the website. Please provide us with a minimum of 3 landscape samples with your proposal. We are looking for a nice Illustrative style, nothing too realistic or too cartoony - something between the two.

Payment: Negotiable, issued in American dollars. Fixed payment only, we will not work with designers who charge hourly fees. We expect your price cover all needed edits and revisions throughout the project. Milestones or goals will be divided in the contract and the designer can choose to receive payment per milestone or at the end of the project. We will not send full payment upfront.

Deadline: We need the final sketch turned in via e-mail within two weeks of selection. Remember this is just a clean sketch. We expect the first rough sketch within five days of selection. Deadline for the final sketch is open to discussion, but we do not want anyone who cannot do the work in a reasonable time frame.
