A simple clean and professional design needed in the fresh web 2.0 style.

NO HTML, only photoshop .PSD design

In the template I need:

- Banner design
- Text Headings
- Text Subheading
- Content text
- Glass style icons in rectangle, square and circular shapes
- Content blocks - website is made with large, medium and small content blocks
- The website has to support about 4 color schemes (blue, red, green and orange)
- I have examples of what I'm looking for
- Template won't be resold as a stock template, can be by you though...

I will only consider people who have done something similar in their portfolio.
