1. Close iTunes
2. Install MP 2.1.
3. Open iTunes, hit Menu, go to Edit>references>Multi-Plugin tab>Appereance tab>Chose a skin below
To install a new skin:
1. Download the new skin of your choice. Be CAREFUL though here on devART or wherever you get iTunes skins. Those that say for Avetunes will not work with iTunes alone. Those are for use with the Avedesk widget application.
2. Unzip the folder to the "C:\Program Files\iTunes\Skins" directory
3. In iTunes go to Edit>references>Multi-Plugin tab>Appereance tab>Chose a skin below and pick your skin. Hit OK, and viola, your new skin is applied.
Enjoy. Btw, there is a nice variety of new iTunes skins for iTunes 5 that can be downloaded from Aqua-Soft. NOTE that iTunes 4 skins do NOT work with iTunes 5.
Everything you see at ResExcelence is for Mac, the reponse from sakurakira is for PC.
For mac, right-click (or control-click) the itunes app and select "Show package contents".
To change skin you must replace the iTunes.rsrc file in the Resources folder.
Make sure you use the correct version for your version of iTunes. Always backup the original iTunes.rsrc.
I know this thread is very old, but it's still relevant to me - when I right-click the iTunes app "show package contents" isn't an option, only open, get info, open enclosing folder, move to trash, etc. What do I do?

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
