I'm new to installing themes that Theme-artist post here.
First of all, is it safe installing the themes created or posted by members here on DA? Will it conflict with other applications? How about interfering with the computer's performance? Will future problems occur? Can I install it on 64-bit systems like Vista Home Premium 64-bit?
Any help? What stuff do I need to properly install and use if any?
Sorry I'm a nOOb to installing themes on Windows XP Home.
