Image sharpening tutorial - xpost

Because I've seen so many images lately with a high amount of sharpening, and thus a lot of scarring, halos, artifacts, etc caused by it, I decided to write a tutorial about sharpening, and how you can go about fixing the artifacts that come as a result.
