Writer seeking Artist for Web Comic Collaboration

The name of the web comic is: Scene 1 Take 3.
It is a comic about a group of film makers trying to get a horror film off the ground- Well thats the back drop. It is about the film makers themselves and the on screen/off screen drama. So basically it's a comedy with the occasional drama.
What I need is a dedicated artist who can do the line art/inking (or digital art/inking). I am capable of colouring and lettering to share the work load. I've written the first 30 scripts to date and have the outline for many more. I would like the comic to run twice a week and will be using Rampagenetwork.com to host it.
There was an artist dedicated to the project before but was not able to commit so there are character designs partly complete. So to say the least I would like someone who is willing to truly commit since I believe this idea could really go somewhere.
To tell you about myself I am a Produced Stage/Screen writer from Rhode Island. Of course they call it indie film for a reason IE likely you haven't seen my work. I write everything from drama to comedy to action to horror. I do have drawing skills but don't feel they would do this idea justice.
