well can you make me one like that but in a decent sized picture and could it have an effect liek kid of tv effect.
like the futuristic digitel lines from a tv kinda thing on it.
and on the edges of the picture have like a cool black design coming out but only a little bit.
and a grey background. sorry i know it sounds picky and confusing but you will be my hero if you make it for me!!!!!THX XD
