Football League playoffs, any takers?

Okay, so from the Championship we have the following:

Bristol City - Crystal Palace
Hull City - Watford

From League One:

Doncaster - Southend
Carlisle - Leeds United

From League Two:

Rochdale - Darlington
Stockport County - Wycombe Wanderers

I have no idea how many football league fans there are floating around, so there we go.

For what it's worth I think in the championship, Palace will meet Hull in the final with Hull winning. Although as a Bristol City fan, I'm hoping we can upset the odds, again...

I fancy Doncaster to beat Leeds in the league one playoffs, although I'm hoping Carlisle can bounce back from blowing automatic promotion.

League two, I fancy a Wycombe - Darlington final with Wycombe taking it, although I don't watch league two all that much...

Thoughts?

To me the Championship is between Crystal Palace and Watford; Crystal Palace are the form team but Watford could give them a run for their money if they can find some consistency.

League one: I think it will be whoever wins the Leeds-Carlisle tie.

League two: I agree with Wycombe - Darlington final, but I'm going to go for a Darlington win.

To me there is no question that Hull deserve to beat Watford. Hull are a great team to watch whereas Watford are little better than Stoke in the hoofball they play. Hull deserve to go up out of the four teams, I hope for Bristol City to upset the odds as we've been doing all season and give Palace a real shock. The second leg is at Ashton Gate and that might help, we'll see. Watford's form is absolutely dreadful, and if they go up it will be a travesty, Hull are without question the best footbaling side in that four.

I hope Carlisle or Donny do it, but I've a nasty feeling that Leeds will take it.

As I said, I don't know much about league two these days, I just know Wycombe are a bit of a yoyo team between leagues one and two, so they have probably been in that position before in recent years.

I'm going to go for Watford from the Championship, Leeds from League One (I think their support may be a big factor), and perhaps Stockport from League Two.

Hey remember the time you wanted to make a football team for like a platform over the sea or something? That was awesome.

I really don't fancy Watford, they have been dreadful for most of the season, even when they were winning. I don't care a great deal for long throw ins and bullying tactics.

If Watford go up it will be hard on the other three teams, if anyone deserves it, it's Hull.

I was kinda going along the lines of them having the most recent top division experience of the four, which may be a help to them.

It hasn't helped them on their run in, they were eight points clear at one stage.

You're right though, they have experience, and now it's a lottery. They need to up their game much more than the other three though, especially against Hull.

I have no idea who will go up from the championship. If I remember rightly, Derby finished 6th and came through (and back down). My instincts think Watford. (sorry TPE), although Bristol or Hull would be new to the prem (I think), so that could be nice for a change!

Leeds were cheeky to try get those 15 points back, but I do fancy them in the play offs. They have worked hard to get where they did and deserve to go up.

League two- instinct says Darlington. Pure guess!

Good result in the first leg though.
