As the football season is coming into the last few games, it is time to look ahead to the new season and what will be in store for that one. So any transfer speculation? Any management changes?
Rumour has it that Sven is on the line to be sacked, and also hints of Ronaldinhio moving to the UK- looking at Man City and Spurs. I expect there will be a whole new team for Derby, and no doubt the big clubs will flash their cash about
Can another team break into the top four next season- if so who?
That is where I have read it too (good old BBC news).
I think it would be a bit disgusting if he goes, simply because he has pulled Man City from a lower table club to half decent side. The owner is rather unrealistic if he thinks that he can get them winning trophies within one season just because he threw money at it. This is the problem with these billionare buyers- a football club just becomes a toy- like a millionare will get a yaught, billonares get football clubs. It's the same with Benitez at liverpool and if he doesn't win the champions league I won't be surprised if he goes. It already happened to Mournio (who kept chelsea boring, but he was interesting). They don't seem to care what the supporters want.
If I was a Man City fan I think I would be really happy with the team this year. Sven has turned them around- beating their local rivals and opening up the possibility that in a season or two they could get into the UEFFA or European cup. These things take time.
Apparently Scolari might be in line for the City job now.
I think the top English teams are getting better (as may be evidenced by recent Champions League performances) and it might have an effect on teams like Derby who don't spend loads of money and end up getting relegated by a quite considerable margin.
I think Ronaldinho will go to AC if he does leave Barca, and not Spurs. Not sure how well they'll do next season. Everton have done fantastically with the squad they have but I'm not sure they can get into the Champions League without spending a fair amount.
Chelsea generally buy one fairly famous player each year at least. Not sure who that'll be this time though.

There is also a rumour about Santa Cruz wanting to move to another Prem team- he might do well at Everton or Spurs but can't see the top 4 being interested.
I think Ronaldinho will end up in the graveyard of has-beens otherwise known as Serie A.
Hope Santa Cruz stays at Blackburn, everyone laughed when I put him in my dream team, oh how wrong they all were.
Sven's sacking is a disgrace, Noel Gallagher said so! On BBC Sport. If they think Scolari will do a better job than Sven they're in for a rude awakening. I'm especially gutted because I have a Man City shirt with Sven's name on the back (a present, I am not a Man City fan).
Barry to Liverpool has been a big rumour, cracking player, hope he stays at Villa though, I really want them to do well just because they have Martin O'Neill.
Oh I am so looking forward to starting a new dream team! I have three, one from my previous workplace which has won already (200 points clear of the next person along. Since I don't live there anymore I told them to donate my winnings to charity), and two in a family league (through The Sun, bogof). I had an all-ginger team this year which makes Scholes Goal sweeter and made me discover the potential of Kitson. My serious team will finish 4th out or 22 teams so I can't complain even if my boyfriend has won.
And if Noel Gallagher has said it, it must be gospel!
Yes, yes i am, someones got to. I must say i'm very impressed, didn't realise people knew there were teams bellow liverpool. Apparently he's willing to stay and fight for his place so i think teves and rooney are safe for another year.
I remember Eastwood scoring all those goals for Southend down in division three (Bristol City fan).
Ebanks-Blake to city if we go up, wild rumour I heard
You fancy you might sneak into the playoffs? Hope not, don't really fancy playing your boys, no offense, haha. Would rather play an out of form Watford really... On another note I kind of hope you do, Watford are painful to watch...
