The first one is the only one that I see any serious comparison.

Not that I like Pink, but; It doesn't mention any copyright infringement- so I would assume none of the characters are under copyright- so technicly, she/her record company haven't done anything wrong.
(Although I didn't look that hard so thats entirely speculation)

Also, although I don't like her music, Pink doesn't seem to just cover songs without mentioning the original artist (I was shocked by her mentioning 'Fresh Garbage' -last?- year). Is there no way it could be an homage?

The first one could also have been any Tank-Girl inspired outfit, as could the second. The third one os only seemingly 'ripped' because of the hairstyle. If you
're actually going to draw comparisons - look at the blonde pink at the end. There are many people you clould claim she ripped off with that look, not just one artist.

For all you know (being as you probably haven't seen the drafts and proposals she was given a choice of) it could have been pitched as a tribute. You haven't read any of the fine print of the treatment - you don't work at the record company- so you don't really have the right to get so pissy about it. she probablyt picked it because she liked the looks, and how exactly are they going to display the copywrite of the images (or even credit the artist ) in a 3 minute pop video?
