"Magic" by Olivia Newton John.
I picture a girl jumping off a cliff and laughing, dragging her boyfriend with her.

Personally, any instrumental or relaxed kind of sound us what gives me a mental image. Whenever I listen to She got lost in the observatory by Motionless I always think of forests. X3
Aqualung by Jethro Tull- there's a lot of things that I think up when I listen to this.
Inna-gadda-da-vida (I'm sure I spelled it wrong) by Iron Butterfly- During the instrumental part.
Popcorn by various artists- I can dream up lots of things during this song, all different. In fact, everything is different when I listen to these songs, and a bunch of other songs as well.

I totally agree on Aqualung and Inna-Gadda-Da-Vida, they're both good for painting a mental picture. Aqualung always made me think of this mutant guy who's really sad and misunderstood, kinda like "The Fly".
Yeah. It's a weird, but enjoyable song.
Night Shift- Siouxie and the Banshees
Image: Falling slowly through a deep blue void while wearing a black ballgown that billows up as I fall. An alternate image to it is me lying on a slab in a morgue, my skin chalk white, with a transparent light purple sheet over my face. I extend a hand from out of the sheet, and flex my fingers before my face. Blood is trailing out of the corner of my mouth. Behind the hand on the far wall is a chart with a photograph of my body visible via a projector hanging from the ceiling, and set in a layer against an illustration of the human skeleton. Black circles are drawn at intervals over my body's photograph, with different notes scribbled alongside them, indicating the place and severity of the injuries that were instrumental in my undoing.
Breathe No More- Evanescence
Image: I'm sitting in the lotus position on a bed, my head down, with the lights off in a room. A window next to the bed has a curtain drawn, letting in fragments of gray light. Various OTC and prescribed medicine bottles line the room's shelves, the room's dresser, and the nightstand next to the bed. Some open bottles lay on the floor, and others are tipped over, white pills spilling out.

Those are some pretty vivid and interesting thoughts. I like how you have put so much thought into how the song makes you feel.
Thanks!
No problem

this reminds me of Josef Fritzl locking up his daughter for 24 years in his basement. was looking up the case when this song came on.

there was a break of a few minutes in the Columbine school shootings (where the killers moved to another area of the school). Can't help but think of that silence between those moments of violence when listening to this song. Remember wikipedia stating the time and looking up a song that was the exact time to get a sense of the time passed between the two incidents.

Slug bait by Throbbing Gristle!!!
Everything by janelle monae. Especially her archandroid album.
Oh, cool. What genre is that?
its rnb but it has pop, orchestral, and a other musical elements. Her music is like science fiction, and she based all of her albums on a story similar to Metropolis. you'd have to look her up, because i cant properly explain why shes so awesome.
Ah, I see. Thanks
Weak and Powerless by A Perfect Circle makes me think of Medieval times or games like Runescape or WoW for some reason
That's pretty cool.
One song in particular that gives me a mental image is Bury Your Heart by Flyleaf. I love the way its written. Its almost like a poem to me
If you think about lyrics of Ozzy - Let Me Hear Your Scream
