Help me identify this Folk music video?

The music video is shot in black and white, although it's a fairly recent one (heard it about a year or so ago) I think I recall a woman in a dress and a man singing about all the different bits of junk he has lying around his place or something and how he loves the woman in the dress. It also wasn't an American song.
