Beatles Or Stones?

Two classic bands, which is better? Or are they both equal? And why? Give me reasons!!!!! (ie, Keith Richards got better with time, but George Harrison had natural talents, or Brian Jones and Paul McCartney are both talented multi-intrumentalists)

Yus. I'm not a big fan of later Stones, but those two tracks are fantastic. I'm not a Beatles fan at all.

The Beatles. They had a lot of styles and have much more interesting harmonies in many of them. I simply love a lot of their songs.

I want you is epic, especially the bass
Because has beautiful lyrics
Blue Jay Way is rather sad
I am the Walrus is is a music LSD trip
Eleanor Rigby is just beauty
She's Leaving Home is also rather sad
While My Guitar Gently Weeps- Eric Clapton is amazing on that

Blue Jay way is not sad, I think. I think it was another LSD trip, actually.

But yes, everything else is awesomeness in its own. I can listen to them forever.

I don't listen to either bands particularly, but I do prefer the Stones. They were (are) generally more badass and after all, they did write and record "In Another Land", "2000 Light Years From Home" and "Sympathy for the Devil", which are all brilliant pieces of music.

The Stones. The Beatles were a bunch of overrated boys. The Stones are overrated as well, but they've got some nice bluesy stuff. Here's a list of my favourite sixties bands, in this order, anyway: 1. The Velvet Underground 2. The Flying Burrito Brothers 3. The Byrds. The Notorious Byrd Brothers and Sweetheart of the Rodeo are records that beat any Beatles stuff.
