Well, I started playing the flute and reading notes when I was 10, so I understand the "Chinese" perfectly. Buy a book about how to read and understand notes in general, I'm sure you can one. And if you have further questions, ask around and find someone with the answers.
When I was in High school I had a friend and from China, and she's one of those AP, top of the class kids, and even she said Chinese was difficult and she STILL had a lot of characters to learn. It's a very profound language.
Like anything you don't know how to do, if you keep on doing it you'll learn how. Wait... [ / fail logic]
Besides learning what the notes are, you'll need to make the sound connection as well. You could use the link posted by Phantom and Musescore to try to teach yourself, or you could pay an absurd amount of money to an arrogant tutor that doesn't care about you. Whichever you prefer.
