I'm just curious as to how many kids, Who were say...born in the 90s are big fans of the 80s glam rock, hair metal era. I'm not talking Boy George or anything, I'm talking about 'Bad Medicine' Bon Jovi, 'Talk Dirty To Me' Poison, 'Kickstart My Heart' Motley crue and various other bands from then.

I mean, any fans out there who genuinely love the men with long hair, and the spandex, zebra print and leather. I'm wondering if their are any guys and girls who go out in public and dress that way, Who actually crave and want it back. I was just wondering, don't tell me i'm alone! :XD:

P.S If you do love hair metal and all that awesome stuff, Instant respect to you, man....

I've always felt that the overly sexist, womanizing attitude of 80's rock was perfectly awesome, but the cheesy ballads and transvestite image sucked balls. I would much prefer listening to The Mentors any day - although WASP had their moments.

Funny side note: Having talked with Seth from Anal Cunt a few times, I can confirm that his obsession with Motely Crue and early Buckcherry was NOT a joke whatsoever! RIP :(

Hair Metal was fucking horrible. I honestly can't think of a single Hair Metal band that was worth a sliver of a shit.

But there was plenty of good Punk/Rock/Metal to come out of the 80's. I'd be listing hundreds of bands if I were to reel of all of the 80's bands I like, so I'll just list a couple of my favorites:
