FLCL is getting 2 more seasons on Adult Swim!
Now this was a surprise. Adult Swim is partnering with Production IG for two 6 episode seasons of FLCL which will premiere on Toonami in late 2017/early 2018. I'm excited!

I guess when it re-aired on Toonami, the ratings were high enough to warrant making a new season. The same thing happened with Big O way back in the day. I think that was also the case with Samurai Jack.
