New Game of Thrones Fan!

I'm a new fan of the series and I'm so hooked! I'm also new to fantasy, which I really like now! Do you like the series? Do you think it's a faithful representation of the novels?
And! Since I'm new to the genre, does anyone have any recommendations of any fantasy media? Books, movies, shows, etc? (:

I'm totally obsessed with it - I'm currently reading "A Clash of Kings" and it's even better than the first one, if possible - and can't wait for the third season to come out! :happybounce:

Who's your favourite character?
Mine are Tyrion and Arya <3 maybe I'm just weird, but the Imp is SO fascinating xD

I love them both! Tyrion is a really interesting character! I love Daenerys too :heart: She's amazing!

Awesome! I've only just started watching the series after I finished reading the first book. So far from what I've seen of the tv series, it looks stunning. I can't wait to watch more of it...

The series is good, but it's packed with the typical HBO-isms. If you're really interested in the plot and hooked at the series, go check the books out. I know this is a typical thing to say, but they are a lot better!

I'm reading the first one :) so far, I think it was adapted well, but obviously reading, I get a lot of exposition and internal dialogue that's difficult to translate to screen, so I really enjoy it!
