I love the MCU Captain America. I like how they sort of make him the 'patriot' type character but they didn't make him like super preachy/obnoxious by doing so and made him quite human. I think he's really sweet. XD
I really enjoyed the Captain America movie because he was different than a lot of other heroes. He really was a team worker side by side with the everyday people. Then in "The Avengers" he was just adorable, with his lack of understanding to modern references XD
don't know who the actor is otherwise than being in the movie. not really all that impressed with him and found the movie a bore. now the original captain america, the one way back in comics now that one interests me. don't really know what they did with the movie, but it was a fail in my book. actually had to force myself to watch it. he's better in settings where he isn't present much or there are more of a cast. Avengers for example.
I repeat, the actor is Chris Evans. One of the best, in my view. Wikipedia, it exists. Of course I don't know him (wish I did though) but a gal get's a sense of someone's personality after watching countless interviews of said actor. I have to disagree with you though. The Captain America from the comics is too plain and simple for my liking; whereas in the film he actually has a background, a past, a personality, you know? And the story was pretty good. I was actually upset about the fact that he didn't get much screen time in Avengers. They have tones of deleted scenes though, that were cut exactly because they revolved exclusively around him. They're probably going to put them in Captain America 2.
I adore Cap'n and the actor that plays him. I wish that more people carried the same sentiment. XD Among my friends I seemed to be the only one caryring a torch for the guy. Iron Man is cool, but I'm more of a Batman kind of gal, though I'm not as fond of Superman as Captain America.
