Can anyone identify this type of candy from Wreck It Ralph?

In the movie, Wreck-It Ralph, in some point during Sugar Rush, I saw what looked like cute little girls with what looked like circles on hearts on their heads and on a box that reads "Taffyta."

My question is, what kind of candies are these? They look delicious!

Taffyta is the name of one of the characters, which probably means that they were fans of hers. They're most likely strawberry/vanilla hard candy lollipops. The heart faces may also be part of a wrapper and not the actual candy. The little red things are, what I remember to be, hard candy. They're actually really small, like the size of five dimes stacked together and they taste like any other sweet candy. But judging from the name of the box, the creators were envisioning them to be like taffy.
