Could the magic of friendship ever be compatible with the POWER AND BRUTALITY of metal?
And if so, is there really a credible "Brony-Metal" subculture in existence within the fandom to rival the musicianship of bronies such as Wooden Toaster and the like?
And finally... would any of you like to share some of your ideas for brony-metal?
Not really my thing I don't listen to much metal, but what I do like is usually lighter stuff(About the heaviest song I like is "Enter Sandman"), I also prefer clean sung vocals.
Embarrassingly enough, I like Stryper and Damn Yankees.
Speaking of Pony Metal, this is one of my favorite fan-covers. [link]
Define "dark and brooding". If a written piece of music speaks about life, philosophy, metaphors and other concepts which are encompassed within ethereality and the higher states of knowledge... I'll pick that for soul food over soul-numbing money/drugs/sex/consumerism laden corporate shit ANY DAY.
Now, if you're looking for neutrality... and thus pure music for its own sake; Opeth has this too. [link]
But if you're going to reply to me whining about how you can't decipher any lyrics short of whatever is sung in a toneless metallicesque californian accent, then just don't bother.
