Other than the ridiculous fight scene, a fantastic movie. Run it back-to-back with (the pre cocaine Charlie Sheen) The Arrival, and you'll be looking over you shoulder for a week.
This is the movie / Roddy Piper and Keith David, right? I love this film. They had a really good buddy-teamwork thing going on and altho the plot's total 80s nonsensical and implausible, it was just endlessly entertaining. And that was the entire point.
John Carpenter never fails to give us something good and most times with some outstanding actors, well of the age/time. I really like this one and wish they could venture into making more movies like these. and if they redo this movie, I wonder if they can hold the same charm and power that this one has/had.
Loved it since i saw it in theaters 3 times when i was 7 and been a personal fave since and it came out.
