what do you think of the movie Little Monsters. i thought it was great original and creative, and a bit scary at times!

I remembered renting it when I was a kid. All I remember about it was "Fred Savage" and "Monsters that died in light." What I didn't know was the one monster was played by Howie Mandel.

which version of Little Monsters are we talking about here? the 80s version? did they redo this or make another one? cause the one from the 80s was funny, cute and enjoyable. have I missed something with movie releases?

From the footage I've seen, it looks quite scary and even depressing. But to be clear: I HAVEN'T seen the movie, so I can't really say. But after hearing Siskel and Ebert both criticizing it AND seeing how NC called it one of the worst movies he's ever seen....
