I almost fell off the escalator when I saw the poster for this, after watching Amazing Spiderman.....Honest Abe really??? one of the most significant and beloved of American presidents in a what seems to me a Bmovie REALLY????

I heard the novel the film was based on was supposed to be a satire. I haven't seen the film myself, but it looks like it's taking itself too seriously for it to be that. Take from that what you will, but this, in my opinion, is another Hollywood blunder.

I've recently read the novel and God help me watched the movie. The novel was well written and the movie dint do it justice. But yeah it is a blunder and not to mention disrespectful of an historical icon.

I said WTF too when I first saw the poster for it, but I actually kinda want to see it because its so WTF. I have a feeling its going to be either super successful or a super failure.

They should have played it up for laughs but they made it a pile of shit. Apparently the Emancipation Proclamation was to hurt wealthy slave-owning vampires.

Avoid that movie like the plague.

Apparently it was based on a a best selling book it was a good read but yeah it made a mockery of American history.

It could have been a great action/comedy but the writers took the damn thing seriously. And so it ended up insulting instead of entertaining.
