Does anyone know what this super nintendo game is?

Its been racking my brain for a very long time now.

Its a game me and my older sister used to play for the Super Nintendo way back in the mid 90s. The best way I can describe it is that it was a platformer where I think the main character was trying to find his flag or something like that. At the end of each level he'd find a flag pole, but it'd have a humorous flag on it such as a pair of bloomers, underpants, a really stupidly printed flag etc.

That is literally all I remember about the game, if anyone has any idea what it is, I'd finally put my mind at ease!
