What level does Rosa get Protect?

I am playing the SNES version of Final Fantasy 4 on my Wii, and I would like to know at what level does Rosa learn the spell Protect, because it is to my knowledge that she should have gotten it at level 12 and she is currently level 39.

Maybe you have it? I think it was called armor in that version.

Yeah, I checked that, In the spell list I looked for all known names for that spell but I couldn't find anything. I think that it may be a glitch in the Wii port of the game.
