But the worst one would have to be the Boomsday Machine from Super Mario Galaxy 2. That one is sooooo hard. Worse yet, the Prankster Comet for that one is a DAREDEVIL RUN!!! It was impossible for me to beat that boss without losing health!
i dont remember which game the boss i hated was in. it might of been new super mario bros. he was a guy that stood on this platform throwing bombs at you. and you had to catch one throw it on his platform and hurt him three times.
it was easy when you could actually catch them without falling in a hole or being hit by a second bomb he'd throw and you never seen coming. i that is the only mario boss i ever struggled with.
Whoops, that was meant to be a reply to ~TronmanZ's comment
Anyway, as for my answer - it's hard to say. s much as I love Mario games I do find most of the bosses disappointingly easy. Though I did have a lot of fun ripping the tentacles off the giant Blooper in Super Mario Sunshine As for the worst. Well, I got bored of fighting the same Bowser Jr battles in each tower-level in the first New Super Mario Bros game (on the DS)
I'm really partial to the LoZ, Zelda II and LttP bosses. I really especially loved the hydra-based Gleeok. It made a huge impression on me as a youngster, and for me it really epitomizes the feeling of magic missing from the Zelda series modern evolution. I don't think I've felt the same way about any bosses in Zelda since then, apart from perhaps Twilight Princess marking the only occasion where the 3D games have even reached at the scope of what my imagination could do for the earliest games in the series.
