Regarding the app Pokemaker

So recently I spent five dollars on the app Pokemaker. I followed the instructions, but for some reason it still will not work. I don't know what the problem is!
Is anyone else having this problem? I am using Pokemon Black 2 and a DSi.
If anyone has a DSi and GOT THIS APP TO WORK, please tell me how. Detailed. I don't want to waste a perfectly good five dollars (for an app, that's a lot).

The Pokemaker app is not an official Nintendo product so it is honestly something I would never recommend paying for (seriously, there is this thing called GIMP and probably plenty of sites that can help you make fake cards.) Also, being a random, non-game based app, this is the wrong forum to try and get help. You should instead try contacting the company or else see if they have a forum (but looking at the reviews, there are plenty of people with issues.)
