Biggest achievment or toughest challenge in your 2012 gaming year.

So, what challenged you the most or what was the biggest risk or payoff in gaming for you in 2012.
Could have been switching consoles, and new console, tried a new game or took down a boss.
Mine would be having become alittle more familiar with Soul Calibur V and am still working on getting much better at it.

I beat Fortitudo (I think that's the name) in Bayonetta.
Every time I play the game I never beat him so this made me so happy.

Beating Deus Ex: Human Revolution on the hardest difficulty
Beating New Vegas on hardcore
Repairing my NES by hand
Beating Dark Souls
Beating Ninja Gaiden
I also started The Witcher 2 on Dark mode, but I doubt I'll be finishing that any time soon

Repairing your nes by hand sounds awsome and dark souls and ninja gaiden are hard games.
You really do play the games on the hardest mode.

I beat Supreme Weapon of Extreme Hellish Annihilation, Golden Disaster without dying in DDP4. Got 50 achievement points. :3

Thats a worthy achievement for 2012. I havn't any to speak of so its been a lousy year. Gotta work harder i guess.

Perfecting that boss took 6 months so it's not like I was good at the start. Time was all it took.

Catching a shiny in Pokemon Black. I got it while I was at a bus stop irl with my friends and I screamed lol.
