Knowing Kojima, this game could be about anything using any metal gear character and I'm okay with that.

I think it's safe to say it's a metal gear game. Especially since the main character has a mullet.
only snake can rock a mullet like that.

I think many have cottoned on to that. it demonstrates many of the series signature elements. The Whale has to be a psycho mantis level mind fuck though
