Guildwars 2 issue >.<

Ok , so heres my issue.

I click on the icon, it loads the log in page.

I log in no problem.

It loads the next part no issue and I click the play button on the menu.

The log in/ info pop-up disappears, and the screen goes black as usually.

BUUUT, the windows menu bar at the bottom of the screen remains up, and the usual computer mouse is still visable. I cannot move my mouse cursor onto the windows bar as it gets stuck just at the top of it.

I open my Windows Task manager using ctrl, alt + delete, and it says the guildwars 2 application is not responding. The only option I have is to end task. The black screen closes and Im back my main screen with all the Icons etc.

The circle continues..... I cannot load Guildwars 2 at all other than the login option.

Any ideas as to how I can fix this? I have no Idea what to do >____________<'

Icould play Assasins Creed on my laptop cause my desktop kept getting in the way so i took it back. but that wasn't an mmo so i would get tech support.

Did you try contacting their customer support or checking its frequently asked questions page?

I have but got no responce yet. :/

I left in running and after 3 hours it eventually loaded to the character select screen. The game runs find other than the inital log in...

Ofcourse, I still have that issue if I log out haha
