What stages do you guys want in Sonic Generations?
For example, here's mine.

Classic Era
Spring Yard Zone (Sonic the Hedgehog)
Hill Top Zone (Sonic the Hedgehog 2)
Hydrocity Zone (Sonic 3 & Knuckles)

Dreamcast Era
Windy Valley (Sonic Adventure)
Metal Harbor (Sonic Adventure 2)
Rail Canyon (Sonic Heroes)

Modern Era
Kingdom Valley (Sonic the Hedgehog (2006))
Dragon Road (Sonic Unleashed)
Starlight Carnival (Sonic Colors)

Well I didn't get to play either version. My brother has a 3DS but truth be told I wanted to fully appreciate the game in it's entirety on-screen...But I don't have an Xbox 360 or PS3 (not complaining though, I love the Wii still, this is the only game I wanted that wasn't put on it ) But I don't think any more would be added considering the game has been out for ages already :XD:

I have only a vague idea of what stages are in there, so forgive me if I list some that are in already. But given the chance I'd like to play modernized HD versions of: Hill Top Zone, Sky Chase Zone, Ice Cap Zone, Carnival Night Zone, Windy Valley (especially for that tornado bit), Red Mountain, Pumpkin Hill (though it would have to be altered to be a Sonic level since originally it was a Knuckles level) Seaside Hill (I thought that was in there, but someone told me it wasn't?) Rail Canyon, Apotos and Eggmanland, just to name a few :giggle:

I don't have a Xbox 360 or PS3 either, but that's some good choices.

I'm honestly kind of surprised there weren't any additional zones made available for DLC for this game. I would have been great to play through Labyrinth, a proper Casino Night (not the pinball table), and either version of Ice Cap.

Some sort of acknowledgement of the handheld games would have been appreciated too, be it a quick run through Sky Base (Sonic 1), Scrambled Egg (Sonic 2), or Sky Canyon (Advance 2).

I don't get this thread. The game's been out over a year now. They're probably not making a sequel.

Off course they're not having a sequel, I'm just that if Sonic Generations was your version, NOT what stages you want to be in the sequel.

I wouldn't mind as long as there were less city stages. Pretty much everything was a city stage.

I've noticed Sonic has kinda steered towards urban environments slowly over time. Compared to the earlier games which had a lot more natural scenery (beaches, mountains, caves, deserts etc) Then again every Sonic game has typically had one city stage and one factory or lab-like stage. But I agree I would like to see them stop neglecting nature as much as they have as off late and mix up urban and natural environments again like they used to

Then again, I can't deny that City Escape is one of my favourite Sonic levels of all time 8-)

Yeah, unlike Sonic Generations that has Speed Highway, City Escape, Crisis City, and Rooftop Run (I think).

Stardust Speedway.
Quartz Quadrant.

Green Forest or White Jungle.
Final Egg.
Rail Canyon I suppose.

I'd pay top bucks to have all of your suggestions inside, including a remake of Wing Fortress, Hidden Palace, and a revamped Wild Canyon.

It would been nice if Sonic goes to one of Knuckles' stages.

The stages I wanted to see in one of the shittiest games ever in Genercraptions were:

Classic Era:

Starlight Zone (Sonic 1)

Hill Top Zone or Mystic Caves Zone (Sonic 2)

Mushroom Valley Zone, Lava Reef Zone, Death Egg Zone, The Doomsday Zone (Sonic 3 & Knuckles)

Dreamcast Era:

Twinkle Park (Sonic Adventure 1)

Green Forest or Meteor Herd (Sonic Adventure 2)

Haunted Castle or Frog Forest (Sonic Heroes)

Modern Era:

Cant say for Sonic 06 as I have never played that shit game and never will.

Apotos (Sonic Unleashed)

Starlight Carnival (Sonic Colors)

But those levels were never going to happen since that total fucktard Iizuka (who I would give anything to punch in the face) would rather listen to the casuals and stick important polls regarding the levels on facebook and twitter than rather listening to the hardcore fans and sticking the polls on SEGA sites.

Cool, but one thing.
Mushroom Valley Zone (Mushroom Hill Zone) is already in Sonic Generations (3DS version)

Yeah I know that. But an HD version would have been better.

Also I wouldn't touch a 3DS for all the gold on the planet.

Mystic Cave Zone (Sonic the Hedgehog 2)
IceCap Zone (Sonic 3 & Knuckles)
Wacky Workbench or Stardust Speedway (if Sonic CD counts)

...Ah, I mean, I'd want something from Sonic Advance 2 or something. As much as I hated that game, the early stages have a good sense of speed.
