Pure win. Win, win, win, win, win, win, win, win, win, win, win, win, win, win, win, win, win, win, win, win, win.
1. GLaDOS (Portal)
Hands down. Even if it hadn't sang, this lovable, megalomaniac, psychotic computer would have still made the spot. It's a totally unique villain, in that it's also the narrator and the only character with a speaking role in the game. Oh yeah, It also has some of the best lines ever written.
Honorable mention: Leviathan (Resistance 2)
I've never played the game, but dude.
300 FEET TALL. Too bad the fight against him looks underwhelming.
