Hmm... I'll vote Majora's mask, because of the whole 3 days limit. It's my favourite of the series, though. =D

Well, the timer wasn't that bad, 'cause you could always just reset...but I'd say that MM was the hardest too, cuz it had evil dungeons.

Yeah. I liked the whole idea of the condensed time limit. It was more of a challenge.
