Discuss what song or music you listen to while you turn the volume down on your TV and playing a game. I just wanna know what song or music you listen to while you're playing a game and the volume is either down to the lowest or it is mute. I'll start off first:
I once listened to "Shut Up and Drive" by Rihanna while playing Mario Kart DS 'cause the song is mostly about driving, racing and vehicles.
I also listened to "Ramp! (The Logical Song)" by Scooter while playing against people online on Mario Kart Wii. According to the music video, it's about racing, cars and driving, not to mention cheerleaders maybe. Since the music and the beats were very fast and up-tempo, it suits the song 'cause it gives me the feeling of racing at a speedy pace and wanting to win a race no matter what.
That's all I can remember, I don't think I listened to any other songs or musics while the volume is low and I'm playing a game. I was thinking of hearing "4 Minutes" by Madonna feat. Justin Timberlake and Timbaland whilst playing Super Paper Mario. The song reminds me of the game, it has that 'end of the world and saving it before it's too late' vibe, the excitement of an attempt of saving the world and so on. The black background reminds me of The Void because it has a dark colour and it destroys existence, but in a different way. I think the blackness represents evil.

Lol, normally I like the backround music in Mario and Sonic games enough, that I don't choose to listen to something else. though listening to "shut up and drive" while playing Mario Kart would be pure gold
Hmm, I should try listening to fight music, then play smash bros lol.

Old mother hupboard went to the cupboard to fetch her poor dog a bone. Went she bent over, Rover took over and gave her a bone of his own.
I dont listen to NOTHING while playing, I just listen to the in-game music (if any) and if the game doesn't have music then I STILL dont listen to anything. (builds atmosphere, tension and stuff for me)
Yeah me too, I like listening to the background music of the games I play. Yep, it would. Like I said earlier, I once tried listening to that song while playing Mario Kart DS. I suggest that you should listen to a song that is something to do with racing, cars/vehicles and driving if you're playing a racing game. Um... I don't know if there is a fighting song for a fighting game like a Super Smash Bros. game.

Okay, I guess there are too many songs to mention huh? If you had Super Paper Mario, I suggest that you should listen to "4 Minutes" by Madonna feat. Justin Timberlake and Timbaland 'cause it has the 'saving the world and it is the end of the ' vibe and the urgency of doing something to rescue it. Too bad the singers didn't save the world in time, I'm sure Mario, Peach, Bowser and Luigi can do much better than Madonna, Justin Timberlake and Timbaland.
