I love Harry Potter and His Dark Materials. I've heard a lot of good things about The Dark Tower, but I haven't read it yet.

Sylo by DJ MacHale. It's such an amazing series, but so underrated 
Seems like the best ones are underrated.
The Broken Empire series by Mark Lawrence. I highly recommend it, the books in it are Prince of Thorns, King of Thorns, and Emperor of Thorns.
The Millennium Trilogy (Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, Played With Fire, Kicked the Hornets Nest). Larsson's work is amazing!

The Shadowhunter Chronicles by Cassandra Clare. Technically it's multiple series, but they're all in the same world.
Haven't read it. Maybe I should give it a try.
I highly recommend it.
