The books and movies are so repetitive
there always the same!
bad wizard
defeat the bad wizard
for like 8 god damn movies

Twilights doing the same thing
bad vampire
defeat bad vampire
nothing ever happens!!
its like watching csi
BOO

lost is a better story
by far and its not even a book

I really enjoyed the Harry Potter book series; the movies... just, not cutting it for me.

It's the same things with most overrated fandoms, I'd get more into it if not for the incredibly ignorant and stupid fans they produce.

Twilight is just NO all around.

I never said I had trouble with avoiding twilight. I read the first two books, decided it was kind of lame, and stopped reading. Simple.

It's one of the series(es?) I grew up with, and it seems like it starts to pander after the third movie. Really, it's no different than any of the other fantasy of the time, but thanks to this thing called hype, it got raped and turned into a pandering bunch of crap. The books > the movies.

Well, about time someone told the truth about Harry Potter!

I'm a huge fan of Lost and Twilight, but I lost my respect for Harry Potter at the series ends and cannot take back the years I wasted reading that damned book.

Harry Potter sucks? o.O WOAH, that's a first....

...I don't like the character...but I like the world....it's fun, it relaxes me...plus it's the first book I ever read, and I sorta grew up along the series...

Seriously, are you trying to find a forum that has people who bite or something. The book forum is far too polite. Try music or politics. Or if you like butting your head against a wall, complaints.

Don't get me wrong. I dislike both Harry Potter and Twilight, but anyone who tries to hold up lost as an example of a good plot is an idiot.
