Yo everyone, I'm new here, I can't draw to save myself though so... yeah. Also I was wondering where about's do I go about requesting pictures (a tattoo design in this case) to be drawn up? Thanks in advance, and nice to meet everyone.

Welcome to the community.

As

already told you, search through DeviantART to find someone you like and ask them. Some people don't accept requests/commissions, but most of tattoo designers I've seen here do.

I can't draw either, but I can take pictures. I would find someone who has a drawing style you like and ask them if they would draw it up for you.
