Hey, welcome! I just started as well, but here are a few tips to get noticed: Get involved in the forums (There is always something to talk about), same with the chat rooms, join a few clubs that you're interested in, upload some more work, get some critiques going on other people's work, be polite and hard working and you should get there! Well, that's what I will be doing, perhaps we will meet half-way sometime and collaborate!
