Hello artist. New to dA here

Hi, my name is Jade and I'm new to this site as a whole. My friend suggested me this site to where I can find some artist that can work on small art assets for my variety gaming youtube channel. I found the dA's job offering forums but its only for people paying. Is there like a free commission zone of where I can find artist that can work for free for me? I'm starting full time college student in spring semi and I really don't have time to relearn photoshop to like I use to.

Can someone guide me to where I can find free artists? Simple youtube template and matching steam avatar (I have an old reference picture that I still use but I don't have the original file.)
