I'm new! Looking for constructive criticism!

I'm new to using deviantart, well not exactly new, I have had an account for almost a year now..but only just truly started using it. Only just started to take art more seriously, it used to be just a hobby. Now I am looking to pursue it as a future. So if anyone has tips or advice for me that would be awesome! Plus have a look at what I have done, and let me know if you see a mistake or if something looks wierd! Only way to improve is by people critiquing it : )
