Hi! I'm Lady Somnambule (call me Nikki. it's shorter and easier to remember). I normally upload cartoon/anime artwork (mostly original with some fanart). I'm still new to the site and I'm getting used to all the features. I've browsed on dA since I was 13 or 14, so I know how to get around for the most part. :blush:

it really is good, and very trippy too. :pills:

yeah, stop motion seems like it'd be a lot of work even with complicated puppets. they did good. speaking of which, i'm really looking forward to Tim Burton's new Frankenweenie movie coming out on October. i've seen the original short on Youtube, but it would be great to see it in animation. (yes, the movie will be a stop-motion animation) ;)

Nothing much. I'm going to Florida with my grandparents later this month (they practically have a second home there). I'm not sure if they have a scanner there, though, so I'll probably have to scan my drawings ahead of time before going. All of my newer sketches would have to be scanned after I get back home then.
How's summer goin' for you? :)

Florida? It's humid there, at least the last time I went!
As for me, I'm house/babysitting for the next week
and a half. It's been going pretty good, though I'm
not drawing as much as I do at home. But I found
some paper, so I'll try to get some practice in :I

So, how's dA been like so far?

it's been goin' pretty good so far.
yeah, Florida is humid, at least in the summer. i heard that it's more pleasant there in the winter because it's not quite as hot.

I can deal with dry heat, since it gets hot here. But
humidity kills me.
