Good shot. A bit boring, though. If you could of waited till night time that would have been better, but if not then I still would have used a longer shutter speed to get a more smooth water and brighter buildings. If you have PS you also might want to poke around with the unsharpen mask so everything is clearer.

First of all, I love greyhounds (and all sighthounds) so you are already gettin some props ;) haha. Did you edit this picture besides converting to bw? The blacks underneath the eye and on the neck seem very harsh compared to the rest of the body. I would up the exposure a bit, to get a nice glowing feeling around the dog; but I would also make the horizon of the shot level, it seems a bit cooked, which seems to be making the whole shot crooked...not really sure there. The composition seems to be all over the place...try a better angle and keep the rule of thirds in mind :)

Hmm. Good use of the plants as a border on the bottom. I'm not to sure if your focus is the statue or the sunset, here. If it was the sunset I would assume that the photo would be in color, because it looks magnificent in bw. But assuming you ment it to be the statue, I would crop off the right side a lot, as my eyes are first drawn to the silhouetted cloud. Nice work, just could use a little cleaning up.

Breathtaking scenery! I think that you did everything good camera-wise, just needs some cleaning up in PS. I would crop off the right side a little till its a bit past the peak of the mountain (and where the cloud above stops.) I would up the contrast a bit and play with the unsharpen mask to make it more in focus. Nice job!
