On the submission page, where all of the submissions are listed, it would be great if the deviation description was visible. That way, we wouldn't have to open each submission just to see the description.
But even more important - replying to submissions. Some of us have literally hundreds of submissions to go through every few days, and it would be a lot easier and faster if we could somehow commment on submissions on the submissions page. Right now, if you want to comment on a submission, you have to open it in a new browser tab, write your comment, accept or decline it, and then go back to the previous page to remove it from the list. If you don't remove it from the list, and just finish processing all submissions on that page, and move on the another page - a number of submissions will be "lost" or invisible. Reloading the page won't work, because the pagination will stop working! I guess there are a few bugs on that page
So, right now, for each submission we have, we have to:
1. open it in a new tab, review it and its description, close the tab,
2. click on the comment link and open it in a new window, write our comment, accept or decline it
3. remove the deviation from our submissions list
4. proceed with the next submission
You can imagine the time we admins spend doing this procedure and processing our submissions!
It would make our lives a lot easier if this process was somehow simplified.
Thank you, we appreciate the work DA staff does for all of us!
