Deviantart Giftcards?

I know I'm not the only one who isn't able to buy points or memberships for themselves because they don't have a credit card and/or paypal for whatever reason.
I'd really like to see Deviantart giftcards or something of the like in stores, rather than being forced to buy something online when that option isn't always available to everyone. Some people may say that you can easily earn points in contests or whatever as I've heard that argument before, but let's just say that some people would like to have a more solid and easy way of getting those points like everyone else instead of drawing something for the slight chance of winning some.

I feel like I've been missing out on a lot of the deviantart experience because I have no points and next to no way of obtaining any, I'd like to order some commissions if I could, but because of the limited way to buy points, I'm unable to. I've been lucky enough to have a friend on here who got me a premium membership, but I'd like to have some of my own points. To me the easiest way to get them would be to buy a giftcard at the local store like I would an iTunes giftcard. I've seen a bunch of different giftcards for other websites like Gaia, etc, so I was wondering if this would be possible for deviantart.

I don't know if this is something that the staff can even do, and I doubt this thread will help that much, but this is something I would really like to see in the future.

Well, you only need a bank account.
And, can't you send money orders to then about this? They accept those. I suppose they could use that for points as well.

a) admins control the release of these giftcards, if they suddenly find an issue with the economy they can stop selling them.
b) most of the points will go back to the site itself--used to buy prints or subscriptions. Some will stay in the system as commissions or prizes/giveaways, but I'd imagine people are gonna want to use a present from someone else to treat themselves.

Feel free to explain why I'm wrong, I'm just bullet-pointing because I found it easier.

I mean, not the physical value. The mental value. When something is easier to obtain, people do not always want it by wanting more. It is hard to explain.

For example, before people were spreading the word about points being eighty for a dollar, people raised their point prices for commissions. Now that they will be easier to obtain, they will raise them again.
