As a devoted Deviant, I love coming here every day to show everyone my talent, and to admire the talent of others. However, I am denied several luxuries because of the means I employ to visit this wonderful community. I use the Internet connection I establish with my Playstation 3 to log in daily. And here's where things get messy. DA is not formatted for PS3 use, therefore it suffers many complications when online. Widgets, buttons, words, etc. can be crammed together in an intelligible heap. Emoticons are very difficult to use, and comment boxes sometimes dissapear entirely, making it impossible to express admiration to another's work. Journals are impossible to submit, because the 'Submit' button is cleaved from the screen! But I have received the final straw today. I can no longer submit my own work due to the new Submit feature! I am denied from retrieving work from my PS3 for reasons unknown. Please make DA a PS3 friendly community!
I think that's more of a problem on the PS3 side than on dA, because it's browser is so outdated. I have a PS3 too and I hardly ever use it for browsing internet because it sucks, it's not good for that use, not only on dA but other sites too (though I admit it's worst on dA than any other site I visit). As others have mention I think is more feasible for you to get a computer than dA developing things for an outdated browser.
You must understand, anything over $75 in my family is considered expensive, and my PS3 was the result of over three years of saving on my part. It's virtually impossible to find a suitable PC for the "right" price.
