As for the points collected, maybe there could be a collection of them all under 'Admin Area' where, in order for the points to be spent, it'd require approval from all administrators, or have an setting to change that as "Votes required" such as the ones for submissions, or even being able to set, say... if there's 8 admins in a group (Founder, 2 Co-Founders, and 5 Contributors) there could be, for example, requiring approval from Founder, at least one of the other two ranks. Or just general percentages, say, having 4 of the admins (One being Founder) approve before any of the points can be spent/withdrawn. This way, there could also be groups that can do giveaways for points (Say, 80 point donations give the user so many entries, etc.) or something like that.
Basically;
-Points can be found under 'Admin Area'
-Require approval from Founder and optional settings for other Admins.
-When requesting withdrawal, a message will appear in the admin's messages, instead of just under the group tab.
-Also when requesting withdrawal, a little message box would be on the requesting popup (Much like Join Requests) where a reason for withdrawing is necessary
-If there's one or two admins, settings can still be changed but possibly to only approval required from Founder.
